Mask objects
To create a masking, select at least two layers and the click on the mask tool in the toolbar.
Mask objects form a nested structure, meaning they contain other objects. The contained objects are either in the 'Masked Objects' or 'Masking Objects' slot. You can have multiple objects in either slot, and the objects in the second slot will serve as the mask layer for the objects in the first slot.
Invert mask
Activate 'Invert mask' to invert the masking.
Apply grayscale as oppacity
When this option is enabled, the mask's grayscale values determine the transparency of the masked objects. White areas in the mask are fully visible, black areas are fully transparent, and shades of gray create varying levels of transparency.
