Publish your template
A project must be saved before the template can be published. Here is how you publish:
This step alone does not make the template available to users. Depending on whether you are using the template with Bluepic SOCIAL or Bluepic EMBED, further actions are required.
Publishing to SOCIAL
Now that the project has a published version, you need to go back to the project gallery and attach the project to a SOCIAL Space, like this:
You can only attach projects to a SOCIAL Space of which you are an admin. When checking the template in Bluepic SOCIAL, remember to switch to the right Space (if you have more than one).
Publishing to EMBED
To use a template in Bluepic EMBED, no further actions are needed in Bluepic STUDIO. Simply go to https://embed.bluepic.io/, create a new EMBED project and select the template.
Re-Publishing
A project in Bluepic STUDIO has two different versions: the draft version and the published version. The draft version is the version you see in the project editor and can make changes to. The published version is only updated when you click on “Publish”.
This means that you can easily make changes to a project without users in Bluepic SOCIAL or EMBED seeing the changes while you are working on them. All published versions are stored in the version history:
You can re-activate a previously published version or overwrite the current draft with a previously published versions:
