Subscription

You can test the functionality in the free tier of Bluepic SOCIAL. However, to be able to use SOCIAL to its full extent, you have to purchase a subscription for your team.

Purchasing a new subscription

To purchase a subscription, go to the team settings and click on "Manage Subscription". Then go through the configuration widget. The number of "slots" refers to the number of user seats. You can also choose between a monthly or annual payment interval. The annual interval comes with a discount: instead of paying for 12 months, you only have to pay for 10 months.

Updating existing subscription

To update an existing subscription (e.g. to add more user seats), simply follow the same procedure as before. Your new subscription will replace the previous one.

Cancel subscription

To cancel your subscription, click on "Manage Subscription" and then on "Cancel Subscription" in the top right corner of the subscription widget.
