Using templates
Using templates requires that you or someone from your team has built templates in Bluepic STUDIO.
Template selection
The template gallery always shows you all the templates that are available in your currently selected team.
Templates are grouped by their categories (which can be configured in the project settings in Bluepic STUDIO).
The available format options are displayed in the bottom right corner of each template thumbnail. Simply click on the thumbnail to access the format selection. If a template has only one format option, clicking on the thumbnail will take you directly to the template editor.
Template editor
Click on a template thumbnail to open the editor for this template.
The template editor consists of a toolbar at the top, an input form on the left and a preview on the right. You can only edit the template using the input form. By design, you cannot drag or edit objects on the preview/canvas.
The restrictive editability in combination with the unique responsive behavior of Bluepic templates guarantees compliance with your brand's design (guidelines).
Export or save drafts
Once you have filled out the input form, you can download your draft in the export options in the upper right corner of the toolbar.
You also have the option of saving your draft in the shared drafts of your team hub. Saved drafts can be edited again at a later date.
